During online benefits enrollment in your Elevate by Nextep™ mobile app or desktop account, you can choose Decision Support in the menu of options.

Take the Survey

Take the secure online survey that appears. They'll show you personalized recommendations on which benefit plans might suit you best, based on your needs.

Results are confidential and optional

There's no obligation to take the advice provided by Decision Support. The purpose is to support you in your decision. Results are confidential and not tied to your employment records in any way.

What is Nextep Health Assist?

Nextep Health Assist provides healthcare assistance to your employees. We're here to help with benefits questions, education, and troubleshooting. Our experts help employees and their family members navigate the healthcare system and enable you to get the right care at the right time.

When you enroll in your benefits online, you'll also have access to Decision Support. This online tool asks you a series of questions, then gives you personalized recommendations for which benefit plans might be the best fit for your unique needs.

Do I have access?

If your company offers one of Nextep's benefit plans, yes!

Nextep's Nextep Health Assist services support employees, spouses, and their dependents. Our services are available to anyone enrolled or eligible to participate in the plan.
