This service is available at no cost to you.

Q: Is it confidential?

A: Yes. If you or a family member log in or call the toll-free number, neither your employer, Nextep, nor anyone else will know you used the program.

Calls are confidential except as required by law, such as when a person's emotional condition could pose a threat or there is suspected abuse.
