Their advocates can walk you through your benefit plans and explain coverage, review claims, find in-network providers, and more.
While we've always offered personalized support, Health Advocate takes that support to a whole new level, offering your people one-on-one consultation to manage their health questions. Plus, it's completely confidential. Since it's a third-party service, none of the information you share with your health advocate is shared with your employer or even with Nextep.

A: You can contact your Health Advocate directly by phone at 877-324-0257, online at healthadvocate.com/nextep, by logging into your Nextep account, or you can call your Nextep experts and we can get you in touch with your Health Advocate. When you give us a call, we'll be able to redirect you if needed.

A: Beginning April 1, 2022, you may reach your Health Advocate at their regular business hours at 877-324-0257, Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 9 pm, Central Time.
Their staff is also available to offer assistance after hours and on weekends.
