Tiers of Service:

Lifestyle benefits are offered at three tiers of service to your employees.

They can add or drop coverage at any time, and they pay the monthly benefit cost directly to the carrier rather through paycheck deduction. Each plan covers employee, spouse/partner, and IRS dependents.

EVERYDAY SAVINGS PLAN
Includes everyday savings, hotel discounts, auto repair discounts, and fitness center discounts at the lowest benefit cost

PROTECTION PLAN
Includes ID theft resolution, roadside assistance, legal discounts and 60-minute call, and free legal forms and resources

LIFESTYLE AND PROTECTION PLAN
Includes everything in the everyday savings and protection plans, plus veterinarian discounts and pet RX savings

A: Simply log in at nextep.smartsolutionplus.com to access a wealth of online discounts for the tier of service you select. You will also pay your monthly costs in your account online.

Q: Am I eligible?

A: Yes! The lifestyle program is available to all employees on day one of their employment, whether full-time, part-time, or enrolled in any other benefits. You can enroll or drop coverage at any time.

Q: Is it confidential?

A: We know how sensitive personal issues can be. Your privacy and security is an important priority.

The lifestyle program is completely confidential. Since it's a third-party service, none of the information you access is shared with your employer or even with Nextep.
