Most of your functions will be easy via the Elevate by Nextep™ app, enabling you to manage your workforce anywhere, anytime, on any device. Payroll processing and reports naturally take a lot of horizontal space on your screen, though. While it's still accessible on your app, you may have better visibility if you switch to desktop for those specific tasks.

When it's time for your annual company benefit renewal, you'll be able to connect right from your dashboard. You'll see a section that shows your timetable and renewal status, with links directly to your plan documents and details.

For day-to-day access to benefits info, you can run reports on benefit deductions and more using Reports in your side menu.
