These services are available to employees, spouses, dependents, parents, and parents-in-law at no cost to you, whether they're on your health plan or not! Our experts can walk you through your benefit plans and explain coverage, review claims, find in-network providers, and more.
While we've always offered personalized support, Nextep Health Assist takes that support to a whole new level, offering your people one-on-one consultation to manage their health questions. Plus, it's completely confidential. None of the information you share with Nextep Health Assist is shared with your employer.
