When you use a paycard, payroll funds are deposited directly onto your card, avoiding the cost and delays of cashing a paper paycheck. You can use the paycard just like you would any other debit card at points of sale and ATMs nationwide.
The paycard is an excellent option for employees who can't open bank accounts, but still want secure, automatic delivery of payroll funds. It can also supplement your bank account, allowing employees to automatically send a set amount of funds to each via direct deposit.

Q: Where can I use my paycard?
A: You can use your paycard at millions of ATMs to withdraw cash, and anywhere debit MasterCard is accepted for purchases, such as supermarkets and other retail locations.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: There is no cost to sign up. While there are many free features, some fees may apply. Click here for a summary of paycard fees. You will also receive a fee schedule with your account packet.
Q: How long does it take?
A: You should receive your card approximately 5-10 business days after you place your order. If you do not receive your card within 10 business days, call Customer Service at 1-877-849-3249.
Q: What is free?
A: Enjoy these features at no cost: enrollment and initial card, signature-based purchases, cash withdrawals at MasterCard member banks, cash back at retailers, and account alerts.
Q: Can I have more than one?
A: Yes! Add an additional cardholder to your account simply by calling the number on the back of your card.
Q: What if I lose my card?
A: Call 1-877-849-3249 or use your app immediately to cancel your card and keep your money safe. When you call, request a replacement card. Your first replacement per year is free.
Q: What are Skylight checks?
A: If you prefer, you can use Skylight checks to write your own paycheck! Each payday, you have the option to use a Skylight check to withdraw some or all of the cash from your paycard. Skylight checks can be cashed free of charge at any U.S. Bank branch and at participating ACE Cash Express locations.
You will receive 2 checks in your new account packet. Order additional checks for free by calling customer service at the number on the back of your card.
Please note, you cannot use Skylight checks to get loans or payday advances.
